Andriy Polukhin, a serviceman of the 24th separate mechanized brigade named after King Danylo, told about this on Army TV.
“The enemy is trying to take the city of Chasiv Yar, shelling from all types of weapons has increased over the past week, and shelling from aviation has also increased. On some days, according to reports, most of the strikes were on the city of Chasiv Yar and its surroundings,” he said.
At the moment, there is no advance of the enemy, he is using small infantry groups, trying to get behind the position of the Defense Forces.
“In this way, the enemy blocks themselves, they have no chance to turn back, as our drones work on them very quickly,” Andriy Polukhin noted.
