Ukrainian tennis player Anastasia Sobolev (WTA 230) reached the semifinals of the qualifying round at the Open France Championship in 2025.
In the quarterfinals of the qualification of the French Major, a 20-year-old Ukrainian in two sets beat the 15th qualifying number of qualification sowing Gerriet Dart (WTA 118) from the United Kingdom. Sobolev designed five breaks during the game against one in British.
The tennis players spent 64 minutes on the court. It was their first meeting.
