According to the bureau, the man was kept by force, and two officials were beaten. On February 21, 2025, the CCC staff noticed a man on a bicycle. They used tear gas to it and forcibly tightened to the office.
The DBR notes that the victim had a signal gun from which he shot in the air to call for help:
“For this, two servicemen decided to” punish “him and struck numerous blows into different parts of the trunk and the head when he was already lying on the ground. As a result, the man was injured. Under physical pressure, he reported his questionnaires and was forcibly delivered to the shopping center. ”
The DBR adds that in 2019, the man was declared unsuitable for military service in peacetime. At the same time, the Military Medical Commission did not take into account it, so the man was mobilized to one of the military units of Rivne region.
The officer and two servicemen were informed about suspicion of illegal imprisonment and torture. In the case of indictment, they are threatened by up to six years in prison, respectively.

It has been repeatedly noted that this is the result of information and psychological operations of the Russian Federation. For example, in April last year, the General Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine warned that Russia conducts another information operation against Ukraine under the name “evidence” to disrupt the mobilization, men shoot themselves on video abroad on vacation and call themselves “eviction”.
At the end of May, the Land Forces command stated that in May, 89% of all incidents (233 cases) related to the CCC were unconfirmed.
