Details: Lipavsky said that at a meeting of the EU Council on Foreign Affairs, he had violated the situation with Radio Liberty to see “whether our partners see the value of” his work.

The cancellation of Radio Liberty funding was reported to reduce US Global Media Agency (USAGM).
