“The Central Security Service of the National Security Council refuted a fake about the alleged killing of a civilian by employees of the TCC in Odesa. Information about the killing of a civilian by employees of the TCC in Odessa turned out to be a fake after checking with the Ground Forces Command. The video being shared as evidence is Russian propaganda.”, — write on: unn.ua
The Communications Department of the Ground Forces Command informed the Center that a review of notification measures was conducted in Odesa and Odesa region regarding this message. There was not a single, even remotely similar event
The Center noted that the video, which is being distributed on the network as a confirmation of the incident, does not make it possible to identify the persons or the circumstances of the event, and its origin is an enemy telegram channel. Then the video is picked up by other Russian resources or pro-Russian channels.
In addition, the video reappears with a certain periodicity and is presented as a “new case” each time. This, as indicated in the CPD, is an example of the “Big Lie” propaganda technique aimed at discrediting mobilization activities in Ukraine.
Addition
Russian propaganda spreads misinformation about blocking access to TCC databases as a result of a hacker attack on the state registers of Ukraine. The Central Security Service of the National Security Council reported that access to the “Oberig” base has not been lost, and legal mobilization continues in accordance with the law.
