The accused of breach of the rules of contracts concluded, unreasonably and unreasonably concluded additional agreements, which extended the terms of supply of goods, including under contracts that have already been fully executed. Therefore, the penalties were unreasonably reduced from almost UAH 98 million to UAH 4.5 million, ie by UAH 93.5 million.
For this, he is threatened with punishment in the form of up to six years in prison.
