The higher anti-corruption court chose a preventive measure for the private entrepreneur Lyudmila Zorina, who is suspected of being involved in a corruption scheme within the framework of the “Midas” case. According to the court’s decision, the woman was taken into custody for a period of 60 days with the right to make a deposit in the amount 12 million hryvnias.

The investigation believes that Zorina could have been involved in embezzling funds from the state company Energoatom. She appears among the persons suspected of large-scale abuses related to the supply of equipment and the conclusion of fictitious contracts.
