Details: The defense party appealed to the Pechersk Court’s decision on arrest. Alexander Markushin’s lawyers were the first to listen to, whom he had three.

The prosecution was insisted that the suspicion was justified, and Marcushin was shipped over the border.
Markushin himself said that since September 2022, his children have lived in Ukraine: his eldest son with his ex-wife, and the four-year-old Mark lives with him.
“In a week, while I was in a pre -trial detention center, nobody questioned me. Even before choosing a precaution, I passed a foreign passport, I am not going to flee. At the beginning of the invasion, I defended the city while these prosecutors, DBR defended the borders of Lviv,” Marcushin said.
The defense party also plans to appeal the decision to dismiss.
