The Court of Arbitration for Sport disqualified the Dynamo forward for six months

Venezuelan forward “Dynamo” Eric Ramirez, who is spending the current season on loan in the Argentine “Tigre”, received a disqualification for six months and will not be able to participate in official tournaments.

According to journalist Herman García Grove, Ramírez was suspended by the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport, located in Lausanne, Switzerland, in the case of a dispute with Slovakian Slovan.

German Garcia Grove Back in the summer of 2022, Dynamo released Ramirez on loan to Slovan for one season with an option to buy. However, already in the winter of 2023, the forward returned to the state of “white and blue” ahead of schedule, and Eric left Slovakia with a scandal – he did not show up for the training sessions of the team from Bratislava.

Then there was information circulating on the sidelines that Ramírez allegedly did not receive the promised money from Slovan, which is why he decided to leave Slovakia. But the club from Bratislava fined the forward and filed a lawsuit against him, as a result of which the case reached the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

It is known that the six-month disqualification currently imposed on Ramirez can be lifted, but only at the request of the Slovak club. For this, obviously, the forward will need to pay the debt to “Slovan”.

Eric Ramirez’s contract with Dynamo runs until the end of the 2025/26 season.

In the current season, the footballer played 29 matches (1312 minutes) for Tigre, scoring 1 goal and 1 assist.
