In May 2025, the judge of the Pechersk District Court left Borisov in custody until June 24, with an alternative to pledge of 20 million UAH. The decision on the amount of pledge was appealed in the Court of Appeal.
That preceded: In December 2024, Yevgeny Borisov was pledged in the amount of UAH 39.364 million.
The State Bureau of Investigation received information that after leaving the detention center, he planned to hide from the investigation, in particular to go abroad.
The DBR employees detained the expolist in Kyiv on December 25 on the porch of the pre -trial detention center and informed him suspected of committing new criminal offenses under Part 3 of Art. 27, Part 1 of Art. 114-1 (organization of obstruction of the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a special period), Part 3 of Art. 27, Part 1 of Art. 366 (organization of drawing up and issuing by an official of a deliberately false official document) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. ”
According to the investigation, Borisov organized the registration of a non -adultery trauma not even during the performance of his duties, as one related to the protection of the Motherland. On the basis of a false decision of the official audit and accordingly the conclusion of the MSEC, he was unjustifiably accrued additional remuneration for the total amount of 165 thousand 480 UAH for the period April-June 2022.

- In the investigation of Ukrainian Truth, the Battalion of Spain reported that the family of the chief of the Odessa regional military enlistment office Yevgeny Borisov acquired during a full -scale war on the Spanish real estate and car for millions of dollars.
- Later it became known that Borisov had a service, but did not find grounds for removal from office.
- After that, at a meeting, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy instructed the Council of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny to release the military committee.
- The State Bureau of Investigation has violated the proceedings on the facts of Borisov abuse.
- Borisova was dismissed from the post of chief of the Odessa Regional Territorial Center of Acquisition and Social Support.
