The court in the Russian Federation condemned a business school teacher to 16 years of imprisonment on charges of work on the Armed Forces

The Second Western District Court in the capital of the Russian Federation of Moscow was sentenced to 16 years of strict regime in the case of a terrorist attack due to the attack of drones in the Kursk teacher of business school Eldar Marchenko. One of the evidence of Marchenko’s guilt, the prosecutor’s office called his administrative responsibility for participation in rallies and “offensive comments on the president.”

Eldar Marchenko did not admit guilt. His lawyer Natalia Tikhonova previously submitted to the Investigative Committee an application for torture.
