The prosecutor requested the continuation of the pre -trial detention for another 60 days, without determining the amount of collateral. Kolomoisky’s lawyers and he was asked to refuse this request.
On May 8, 2024, Kolomoisky was informed about the suspicion of organizing the custom murder of the director of one of the law companies in 2003.
The investigation believes that in 2003 the businessman ordered the director of the Ukrainian-American consulting company “Fargo” Sergey Karpenko.
