The court arrested two residents of Poltava region in the murder of the military at the gas station – the prosecutor’s office

The Piryatinsky District Court chose precautionary measures to two suspects in the murder of a military at a gas station in Piryatin. As the prosecutor’s office of the Poltava region reported on February 3, at the request of the investigator, agreed by the prosecutor, the residents of Luben and Poltava decided to put into custody without the right to make a deposit.

The prosecutor’s office was announced on February 2.

“According to the investigation, on January 31 this year, a resident of Poltava together with other men, accompanied by servicemen of the Poltava RTC and JV went to study in the military unit. With the intention of evading military service, he several times called his cousin from Luben and reported the bus route. Realizing that a friend does not have time to get to the site of the planned stop of the vehicle, the Poltava pretended to be sick and asked for a few minutes to stop, thus delaying time, ”the prosecutor’s office said.

“Subsequently, when the mobilized bus stopped at the gas station in Piryatin, Lubenets from the rifle, which he brought with him, shot one of the accompanying people, causing a firearm to be incompatible with life. Subsequently, he took possession of the victim’s automatic machine and, together with the accomplice, fled the scene, ”he added in the department.

After a few hours the suspects were detained.
