The Verkhovna Rada voted as a whole under the bill No. 12368-1 on the creation of a Supreme Administrative Court.

The corresponding decision was supported by 234 deputies.
It was one of the overdue IMF beacons, which was to be considered until December 31 last year.
After the amendments, the concept was changed and two courts were decided: a specialized district administrative court and a specialized administrative court to the High Specialized Courts (as the court of appeal reviews the court decisions of the specialized district administrative court)
Now the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine (SCCS) must announce a competition for positions of judges within one month after the law enters into force. Competitions should take into account the features defined by the Bill, with the involvement of the Expert Council (within three years)
The expert council should include 6 persons: 3 from the Council of Judges of Ukraine and 3 – from international and foreign organizations.
We will remind, on February 25, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved as a basis the bill on amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code on improvement of guarantees of protection of economic entities during criminal proceedings №12439. For – 249 votes.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine considered and adopted Resolution No. 13041 “A statement of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on support of democracy in Ukraine in the face of aggression of the Russian Federation”, which the day before could not be accepted. 268 people’s deputies voted in favor of the document.
