An additional UAH 4.3 billion is provided for the Ministry of Defense, of which UAH 1.4 billion is a new Ministry of Defense Program for the purchase of special equipment, drones and equipment for combat testing and UAH 2.8 billion – grants for the development of production in Defense Tech.
An additional UAH 4.6 billion is provided for food for elementary school students in all regions and 5-11 classes in frontlines.
Another UAH 3.2 billion – for the purchase of drugs for the treatment of patients with patients with cancer, viral hepatitis, rare orphan diseases, hemophilia and more.
UAH 1.5 billion – for a subsidy to local budgets to build a network of military lyceums that provide patriotic upbringing of children and UAH 1.2 billion – to support veterans of war and their families (payment of financial assistance and compensation for insurance policies.
“Separately envisaged IDP support decisions. One billion hryvnias were redistributed for the construction of new housing or reconstruction of IDPs’ residence,” the chairman of the committee wrote.
It is also possible to use free balances in accounts for the purchase of housing or providing loans for housing for IDPs.
