Literally: “The council adopted draft law No. 12095 on voluntary return to service for those who voluntarily left military units or deserted for the first time. A total of 253 voted for it.”
Details: Nardrep said that during the martial law, military service and the validity of the contract will continue for servicemen who voluntarily left military units or places of service for the first time and voluntarily arrived at the place of service and expressed their willingness to continue military service.
Cash payments and provision of food, material, other types of support, benefits and social guarantees are renewed for such soldiers.
Initiated criminal proceedings under Articles 407 and 408 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine against servicemen who voluntarily left military units for the first time and voluntarily returned “is not a reason to refuse the continued military service of such servicemen and the validity of their contract”.
