According to the head of state, “the first meeting was about the military implementation of the victory plan for Ukraine.”
“Worked together with the military command. A good, strong content for the military package has been prepared – exactly what can significantly strengthen Ukraine in accordance with the victory plan,” said Zelenskyy.
The second meeting concerned the increase of the F-16 air fleet and was held with the Air Force Command, Zelenskyy clarified.
“There is a clear understanding of the steps to increase the number of combat aircraft in Ukraine and speed up the training of our pilots. All tasks for the Air Force of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine have been determined,” the president said.
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi said the day before that Ukraine’s “victory plan” in the war with Russia is more than 90% ready, and next week it will be presented to the allies. In particular, Zelensky should present this plan to US President Joe Biden and presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. The content of the plan has not yet been disclosed.
The German publication Bild recently wrote, citing its own sources, that Zelensky, who during his visit to the United States planned to present his victory strategy, may declare his readiness to agree to a local ceasefire in certain areas of the front and thus temporarily freeze the situation.
