The Ministry of Defense told about the transfer of military personnel / UNIAN collageThe new rules for the transfer of servicemen between units, which Volodymyr Zelenskyi announced the day before, significantly speed up the process of considering the report.As Kateryna Chornogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization, announced on the air of the telethon, now such a report can be submitted in digital format. And the process itself can take several minutes.
She also told which servicemen can currently be transferred from one unit to another in digital format: “These are servicemen who are transferred from the rear units in combat. Then from the combat units to the combat units. And from the combat units to the rear units, if there is a conclusion of the VLK, if the person does not hold a position in his unit that corresponds to the conclusion of the VLK”.
According to Chornogorenko, every serviceman who submits a report through “Army+” is guaranteed to have it reviewed within 72 hours. During this time, the military must receive an appropriate decision. And in the event that such a report is not agreed upon, the military officer will receive clear reasons for such a decision.
“What is the advantage that now there is a direct connection between the serviceman of the unit and the personnel center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. There is a direct appeal to the personnel center. In most cases, the permission of the commanders is not required. If this approval is required, then the personnel center itself sends this for approval report and resolves this issue in the interests of the serviceman,” Chornogorenko noted.
New transfer rules for military personnelThe day before, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi announced the government’s decision to allow servicemen to independently transfer between units.
According to the president, the Ministry of Defense will be technically ready to implement such a function as early as November 15. He also noted that in case of refusal, the serviceman should be given “clear reasons”.
