The CCC commented the conflict between their employees and locals in Vinnitsa

At the Vinnytsia Regional Territorial Center of Acquisition and Social Support stated that they operate within the limits of the legislation of Ukraine, commenting on the conflict of locals with the employees of the Tax Code in Vinnitsa, which arose late in the evening of August 1.

“On August 1, a situation was held at the territory of the temporary collection of conscripts in the city of Vinnitsa, which attracted the attention of the public. They delivered a group of conscripts to undergo medical examinations and other procedures provided by the current legislation within the limits of mobilization measures. In the evening, a group of civilians gathered near this point. Attempts to illegally penetrate into the territory of the temporary collection point, damage to the property and violation of public order were recorded, ”the message reads.

The Tax Code noted that representatives of the National Police “who were granted the rule of law” arrived at the scene.

“Vinnytsia OMTC and JV are valid only within the framework of the legislation of Ukraine in cooperation with the National Police of Ukraine and calls citizens to mutually respect and comply with legal norms,” the Tax Code stressed.

Police have previously reported that the circumstances of the conflict were establishing.

“It was previously established that the military personnel of the Tax Code during measures to notify the citizens about mobilization, found a man who was wanted for evasion of military service. Subsequently, a group of people, including representatives of the NGO, arrived at the place of temporary placement of the CCC, and, demanding to let go of the man, made a conflict with servicemen, ”the message reads.

The police said that about 80 citizens were approached, some of whom had broken the object of the object and tried to break through.

“Police measures were applied to people to push them to the object. Police officers are inspecting and providing public order near the building, ”the police say.

The public with reference to their correspondent reported that people began to gather under the walls of the local stadium after a video broadcast appeared on the network, which can see how the crowd requires releasing men who are likely to be held there. Eyewitnesses said the police used tear gas to push them from the building.

People were not reported, despite the curfew, and before the end of the dawn, men began to be taken out of the stadium.

After the beginning of the Russian full -scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, martial law was introduced and general mobilization was announced.

In the Ukrainian information space, there are regular reports of scandals between the employees of the Tax Code and citizens on the streets of cities and villages. Negative mobilization information is rapidly spreading social networks.

It has been repeatedly noted that this is the result of information and psychological operations of the Russian Federation. For example, in April last year, the General Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine warned that Russia conducts another information operation against Ukraine under the name “evidence” to disrupt the mobilization, men shoot themselves on video abroad on vacation and call themselves “eviction”.
