On Saturday, January 18, about a thousand people gathered on Independence Square in Kyiv. Relatives and friends with photos and flags of the brigades came to remember their loved ones, the correspondent of Radio Svoboda reports. 
Ukrainians placed the following inscriptions on the posters: “We will wait, the missing are not forgotten!”, “I am waiting for you! I’m looking for you!”, “Find the missing, bring them back from captivity”, “We fight for them as they fought for us”, “Missing does not mean forgotten!”.
