The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution according to which almost 18,000 more Ukrainian families will be able to get a home thanks to the state preferential lending program “eOselya”. Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyridenko informed about this in her Telegram channel, reports UNN.
Details In order to ensure the availability of funds to continue providing mortgage loans, the Ministry of Finance will issue domestic state loan bonds in the amount of 30 billion hryvnias by the end of 2025 and transfer them to the statutory fund of PJSC “Ukrfinzhitlo”.
The main recipients of support remain:
- Military personnel and employees of the security and defense sector.
- Teachers, doctors and scientists.
- Persons who were forcibly displaced and families who lost their homes as a result of hostilities.
Svyridenko called on citizens who intend to buy a home in 2026 to apply for a loan now, as it can be done quickly using the “Action” application.
