The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a joint project of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs and the National Health Service on long-term medical care for veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The program aims to provide continuous care and rehabilitation for defenders who require ongoing medical, psychological or social support due to injuries, trauma or serious illness.
This was reported in the Ministry of Health.
- To whom it applies: Services will be provided to patients whose functional status according to the Barthel scale (independence assessment) is 30 points or less.

- for patients with high dependence (20 points or less), the tariff is 5,452.52 hryvnias;
 - for patients with moderate dependence (from 21 to 30 points), the tariff is 3,484.30 hryvnias.
