This is stated in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.According to the resolution, “clergymen according to the list of positions approved by the State Service of Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience of Ukraine – UNIAN” can be booked.
As Sudovo-yuridychna newspaper reports, changes were made by the Cabinet of Ministers’ resolution, according to which legal entities – religious organizations – that are critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population will from now on belong to them.
Thus, they were equated with representative offices of donor institutions and executors of international technical assistance projects.
It is noted that clergymen will not be subject to the restriction of booking no more than half of the employees. Also, for legal entities – religious organizations, the salary limit of UAH 20,000 is excluded for reservation purposes.
Booking in Ukraine – the latest news After a large-scale cyber attack in the country, the work of state registers was temporarily suspended. Due to this, the Cabinet of Ministers automatically extended the current reservation for a month, which were valid as of December 19.
It was also reported that on December 26, the single portal of public services “Diya” resumed the reservation of employees. The Ministry of Statistics noted that “Diya” itself recruits employees who can be booked, and also checks compliance with the requirements.
