The state budget project for 2026 provides for the average annual hryvnia to the dollar at the level of 45.6 UAH/$. This information was published by People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak in his telegram channel.
As he stated, despite the fact that official documents do not contain direct instructions for the projected course, it was calculated on the basis of planned indicators for the involvement of international financial assistance in hryvnia and dollar equivalents. However, the parliamentarian stressed that such calculations are of no practical importance, since the Cabinet rarely precisely predicts the exchange rate.
