The Deputy Minister noted that the innovation will accelerate the process of registration of documents and make it more responsible. Documents to the Ministry of Culture will need to be submitted at least 15 days before departure, and it will be possible to stay abroad no more than 60 days from the date of its intersection.
“In exceptional cases, it (term of being abroad) can be extended, but it seems to us that this term is enough for a person to solve his work issues and return to Ukraine,” Nadzos emphasized.
In addition, a clear list of documents required to obtain a letter of assignment from the Ministry of Culture will be introduced. In particular, you will need to have an invitation and a military accounting document. Mediamen should additionally provide an editorial task and a business trip order.

The Ministry of Culture plans to implement new rules: if the artist goes abroad to raise funds for the Armed Forces, after returning, he should report which team and how much money has transferred.
Requirements for legal entities and entrepreneurs will also change: companies must have critical status, and FOPs will be able to apply for departure only if they have worked at least three years before the submission.
The resolution is expected to come into force after publication in the Government Courier on March 6.
