Refusal to receive or failure entails criminal liability.
This is stated in to the resolution Government No. 916 of 30 July 2025.
Changes assume that the summons on the call during mobilization and referral to the place of service may be handed personally under signature or send by registered letter With the description of the attachment and the message of delivery – to the residence.
This applies to persons who have already undergone a medical commission and professional and psychological selection (if necessary). In case of refusal to receive the summons, this will be interpreted as evasion.
