The average salary in Kyiv in October 2025 exceeded 40,000 hryvnias per month, according to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. Across Ukraine, the average salary for October was UAH 26,913, which is 1.1% more than in the previous month. The average salary in Kyiv in October 2025 exceeded 40,000 hryvnias per month, according to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.

Across Ukraine, the average salary for October was UAH 26,913, which is 1.1% more than in the previous month.

The highest average salary was recorded in the following regions:

  • in Kyiv – UAH 40,738;
  • in Luhansk region – UAH 30,675;
  • in the Dnipropetrovsk region – UAH 27,892.

The lowest average salary is received in Chernivtsi (UAH 19,343), Kirovohrad (UAH 19,920) and Chernihiv (UAH 20,561) regions.

The highest salary level is traditionally fixed in the field of information and telecommunications (65,047 UAH), and the lowest – in education (16,984 UAH).

The State Statistics Service added that the salary arrears as of November 1 amounted to UAH 3.7 billion.

The State Statistics Service is turning into a real-time data center.
