Late in the evening of December 18, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih, as a result of which the infrastructure, two nine-story buildings, a hospital, a school, a shop and 10 cars were damaged, reported the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration Serhiy Lysak.

People were not injured, he noted.

“The headquarters is working on the spot. Residents can get building materials to cover broken windows,” Lysak wrote in a telegram.

The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported earlier today that Russian forces launched 85 drones, as well as two Iskander-M ballistic missiles and a Kh-59/69 guided air missile over Ukraine on the evening of December 18 and the night of December 19.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
