The mass media writes that charred, mutilated wires and an ash-covered body the size of a large winter tire remained from the huge missile – this is all that remains of the Oreshnik, which can allegedly carry both conventional and nuclear warheads.
“It should be noted that this is the first time when the remnants of such a missile were found on the territory of Ukraine,” the SBU expert told the publication on the condition of anonymity. In addition, it is reported that the missile was launched from the 4th Kapustin Yar missile range in the Astrakhan region of Russia and flew for 15 minutes before falling in the city of Dnipro. The missile had six warheads, each carrying six submunitions.
