“On February 5, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court granted the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to Vyacheslav Zavvsky on the application of the sanction provided for in paragraph 1-1 of part one-1 of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine” On Sanctions “,-the message reads.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the following assets of Zvivsky were collected in the state: 100% of the authorized capital of Amstell-SKI LLC, five objects of property rights of intellectual property, 12 land plots, two apartments, four parking places, a vehicle, a vehicle, a vehicle 10 units of weapons, cash, equivalent to more than UAH 300,000.
The ministry noted that Zvvsky is an officer of the Russian army, the exclusive of Viktor Yanukovych’s security, the owner of 100% of the corporate rights of Amstell SKI LLC, which manages the Amstelski hotel complex in Bukovel.
“After the start of a full-scale invasion, Zvvvsky organized security measures in the construction of military-logistics infrastructure facilities in temporarily occupied territories, which are of strategic importance for the Russian Federation, in particular, in the construction of a bridge across the Kalmius River in Mariupol, which is part Don in the temporarily occupied Crimea. They added that the court decision could be appealed. There was no comment from Zavvsky yet.

In May 2023, the Security Service of Ukraine informed Zavvsky of suspicion of “aiding-aiding state-ages”.
