Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have restored their positions near Zaliznyanskyi in the Donetsk region and advanced in the Kamyshovka area of the Kursk region.
Analysts of the DeepState project reported this on Sunday, September 22.
The occupiers advanced in Donetsk region in the districts of Kruglyakivka, Klishchiivka, Krasnohorivka, Gostroy, as well as in Nevsky, Severnoy, Toretsk, Georgiivka, and Maksimilianivka.
On September 20, DeepState reported that the troops of the aggressor country, Russia, intensified assault operations in the direction of Kurakhovo in the Donetsk region over the past week, involving a large number of equipment and infantry.
The situation at the front in the Donetsk region — the latest data
Russian occupiers are at a distance of eight kilometers from the city of Pokrovsk and 3.5 kilometers from the city of Myrnograd, journalist Yurii Butusov reported on September 3.
The ISW summary said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had recovered some lost positions in Novogrodivka, southeast of Pokrovsk. But on September 4, the Institute for the Study of War reported that the occupiers probably captured the village of Halytsynivka and the city of Novogrodivka. Before that, the 59th brigade confirmed the withdrawal from Novogrodivka.
DeepState wrote that the troops of the aggressor country advanced in the Toretsk region and near Vugledar, which they are trying to bypass from the flanks.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrsky claims that the Ukrainian forces managed to stop the advance of the Russian occupiers in the Pokrovsky direction.
On September 6, the Azov brigade reported successful counterattacks in New York and the return of part of the village to Ukrainian control. Azov residents also unblocked the military forces of the Defense Forces, which were surrounded by the enemy.
DeepState said that Azov knocked out the Russians from the phenol plant in the village of New York and blocked the passage of the troops of the aggressor country towards the neighboring Nelipivka.
On September 9, the Institute for the Study of War stated that during September 7 and 8, Russian troops advanced in the eastern districts of the city of Toretsk, as well as in the direction of Chasovoy Yar.
On September 16, DeepState analysts reported that the Russian occupiers advanced near Kolisnikivka, Katerynivka, Vodyanyi, Ugledar, as well as in Spirn and Ukrainsk in the Donetsk region.
On September 20, the analytical portal DeepState reported that the army of the aggressor country Russia advanced near three settlements and in Toretsk of the Donetsk region.
