That preceded: In June, a 31-year-old mobilized from Volyn Maxim Muzychko was found in a critical state of critical condition. According to his relatives, he was detained in Lutsk by representatives of the Tax Code, “poured gas in the eyes” and later sent to the landfill without the military-doctor. The military enlistment office denied it. The police said that the person was injured by jumping out of the truck during transportation to the landfill.
