The preliminary qualification of the crime – hooliganism, committed by a group of persons with the use of an subject specially prepared for injury (Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) – the message reads.

The video of the incident, which is unknown, some of which closes the face with balaclava, beat another guy, posted on social networks on February 6th in the evening. One of the incident participants shoots everything on video.
