During January 24-25, services related to social benefits and assistance will not work in the Diya portal and application. This is related to the technical update of the social sphere system, reported in Diya.
Diya reported that all services related to social support, including information and registration in various programs, are temporarily suspended for two days. The reason is a technical update of the system, which should improve the operation of the portal and make the services more reliable. “During these two days, some functions will be unavailable. We ask users to take this into account and plan their appeals in advance,” says Diya.
The following services will temporarily be unavailable on the portal:

cancellation of the IDP certificate,
-
custody and care of a child: registration as a candidate,
-
registration of candidates as adoptive parents or foster parents,
-
become the second foster parent or adoptive parent,
-
child adoption consultations,
-
adoption: registration, application extension or deregistration.
Actions will also temporarily stop working in the application:

basic social assistance,
-
comprehensive assistance for IDPs,
-
change of address of actual residence of IDPs,
-
canceling and obtaining the IDP certificate.
Ukrainian officials emphasize that after the completion of the update, all services will return to normal operation. Users are encouraged to take this pause into account so as not to delay important requests until the last moment.
