According to the decision of the Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces Alexander Syrsky, the staff of the CCC is currently being checked with personnel with combat experience.
“Servicemen of territorial centers of staffing and social support without combat experience and appropriate health restrictions will be sent for military service in parts that perform tasks in the areas of fighting,” the General Staff explained.
At the same time, vacant positions will be appointed soldiers who have been injured, injured and in accordance with their health status in combat units.
One of the deputy chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, which is not specified, will be coordinated.
The General Staff explained that the new rules will help to improve the quality of the CCC. In the territorial centers of completing, they want to ensure the principles of social justice, which will promote the strengthening of brotherhood, morale, as well as mutual respect in military teams.
In particular, from 2022 to 2025, all the heads of the shopping center were rotated, and almost 70% of the CCC servicemen have combat experience. At the same time, those soldiers who were injured are about half of the entire personnel of the territorial centers of completion.
Another 20% of the CCC staff are civilians, that is, employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Recently, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a law that only a 50% fine for voluntary payment should be paid to military accounting. The law also releases the fine of those who voluntarily go to military service.
Since the beginning of the full -scale invasion of the CCC, more than 180 thousand administrative protocols for violators of military accounting have been submitted, and more than 400,000 reports on the investigation of evasants have been submitted to the police.
