The department explained that the incident happened around midnight on November 7, 2025. The conscripted citizen was then taken to the hospital to undergo a military medical examination.
After the examination and receiving the report, the man went to the restroom, where he injured himself. An ambulance was called to the scene, he was given first aid and taken to the hospital.
The TCC urged to refrain from spreading unverified or speculative information, stressing that all actions of employees take place within the limits of current legislation.
