The Government of Ukraine has submitted to the Parliament a bill on automatic exchange of information on revenues from digital platforms.
According to the document, OLX -type services, sockets and others will become tax agents and transmit all sellers to the state tax service.
Individuals who sell goods or donated housing through online platforms will pay 5% of income tax.
Operators are obliged to collect and transmit complete information about each seller: name, address, tax number, date of birth and the amount of transactions.
Recall that the tax fined the sellers of equipment for hundreds of millions of hryvnias.
The Ministry of Finance also explained why the tax should access the Bank Account Register.
