Details: Szijjarto said that these are extremely dangerous decisions, and the task of the Hungarian government is to protect the Hungarian people and Hungarian families from the war with Russia, which is being imposed by Brussels. He also emphasized that only a “sovereign government” can protect Hungary from this war.

“The Brussels puppet government would obviously be created in order to fulfill the will of Brussels in everything. Such a government would involve Hungary in the war that Brussels wants to wage against Russia,” Szijjarto said.

He added that Hungary is in favor of peace talks that will stop the war.

“Today we confirmed that the sovereign, national government of Hungary will protect the Hungarian people, Hungarian families and Hungary itself from this war. We continue to support peace negotiations, support negotiations between the US and Russia at the highest level, and reject Brussels’ new military decision,” the Hungarian minister said.

We will remind, the members of the “coalition of the determined” are Ukraine and the United States of America signed a joint declaration regarding security guarantees for stable and lasting peace in Ukraine.

The “coalition of the determined” also decided to create in Paris special coordination center in the “USA – Ukraine – coalition of the determined” format, which will be responsible for security guarantees for Ukraine from the Western allies.

The President of the European Council, Antonio Costa, said about readiness of the EU to undertake obligations regarding the system of politically and legally binding guarantees that will be activated after the ceasefire regime enters into force.
