Sweden will soon announce the allocation of significant funds for Ukraine’s development and production of its own long-range weapons.
As “European Truth” reports, this was announced by Swedish Defense Minister Paul Jonsson at a joint briefing with his Ukrainian colleague Rustem Umyerov in Sweden.
Jonson said that Sweden will soon allocate “significant funds” as an investment that will allow Ukraine to start mass production of its own long-range missiles and attack drones.

The minister noted that this will be done following the example of Denmark – directing funds to the Ukrainian defense industry.
“Sweden is ready to cooperate with partners and allies for the further development and expansion of Ukraine’s long-range capabilities. Ukraine should have everything it needs to defend itself,” said Paul Jonson.
He reminded that Sweden did not set any restrictions on the use of Swedish weapons for Ukraine.
“Ukraine exercises its right to self-defense in accordance with the norms of international law. Supporting Ukraine is not an escalation,” Jonson emphasized.
