No price has been listed for the sprawling four-bedroom, three-bathroom, waterside pad, but sales agents estimate its value at $2.68 million.
The Bathurst 1000 champ first snapped up the property in sought-after Runaway Bay in 2015 for $1.05 million.
Since then, the sports star splashed out on an extensive renovation of the resort-style home, which is built only metres from the Broadwater canal.
Mostert, 33, told the Gold Coast Bulletin that improvements have been made to the property, including extended living spaces to make the most of the water views.
He also added a third bathroom, a sauna, and enlarged the bedrooms.
The Australian Formula Ford winner also revealed that he plans to stay on the Gold Coast with his family once the sale is completed.
The ground floor features a spacious, open-plan layout that combines a lounge and dining area, opening out onto an al fresco entertainment area overlooking the canal.
Another highlight is a wet bar with a beer tap and fridges.
There’s also a pool and an adjoining patio with a garden, as well as a private pontoon and boat ramp.
Other features include a private home study, a sitting room and a luxurious eight-seat home cinema.
The upstairs main bedroom, meanwhile, boasts a private balcony, an extravagant en-suite, and a walk-in wardrobe.
It comes after Mostert and his wife welcomed a daughter, Everly, in April 2024.
The happy news came after the couple went through heartbreak after their first child was stillborn in 2023.
The couple lost their daughter – Hazel Lola Mostert – 22 weeks into Riarne’s pregnancy after a routine scan found an issue with the baby’s heart.
The couple were engaged shortly after the tragic event and announced they were expecting again in November 2024.
‘The love of my life got down on one knee and asked me to marry him,’ Riarne posted to social media at the time.
‘I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life than saying yes to spending my forever with you Chaz.
‘As the sun disappeared on the day we last held and said goodbye to our precious daughter, you filled my heavy heart with an entirely new depth of love.
‘We are bonded in ways I never knew were possible and I’m forever grateful to have you by my side, through the good days and the bad.
‘You are my everything, my soulmate, my love and my light. I can’t wait to be your wife and spend the rest of my life with you.’
