In 2024, the Ministry of Defense fulfilled the plan for providing servicemen with the necessary shoes, purchasing and putting different models of shoes totaling more than UAH 3.1 billion. The Ministry of Defense press service reports. The main categories of shoes that were delivered: summer boots – worth more than UAH 1.5 billion. Winter boots with high berets – worth more than 1.1 billion UAH. Other shoes – about UAH 0.5 billion. It is noted that two manufacturers have received acts of compliance with summer boots, and three-on winter boots with high berets. Advertising: Currently, work is being done to improve the tactical and technical characteristics of special shoes, in particular changes to the technical specification of “sneakers”. We will remind: the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine initiated tenders for the purchase of rear property for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the amount of UAH 34.2 billion in advertising: key procurement directions: food products – UAH 24.4 billion; property property – UAH 9.5 billion; fuel and lubricants-UAH 314.7 million.
