Shakhtar’s star midfielder Georgy Sudakov called the most difficult match in his career. Georgy recalled the 2022/23 Champions League group stage match against RB Leipzig (4:1).
“The hardest fight in your career? The match with RB Leipzig in the Champions League, when we won 4:1, was for me psychologically and physically the most difficult in my career.
I remember how I played against Lymer in the center, who was physically stronger that I simply did not have time to receive the ball. Then I understood where I was aiming and what I needed to work on,” Sudakov said.
