Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have been hit by our enemy with such a weapon. As for the latest cases, one person was injured – a 65-year-old man. In addition, private houses of Kharkiv residents were damaged. The power line was also cut off, but we managed to restore the power supply. As for the purpose of these attacks, it is primarily psychological pressure on Kharkiv residents. In addition, it is the destruction of infrastructure. And we understand it perfectly. And I can say that we are used to blows, unfortunately. But the most important thing is how we react to them
Regarding the destruction, according to the mayor of the city, all restoration work is being carried out.
Terekhov shared Kharkiv’s experience in the fight against Russian strikes
We created a situational center similar to the American 911. Today, in this situational center we can see everything that happens: what arrivals there are in the city, to which district of the city, which houses, to which district these CABs are flying. I want to say that we gathered all the relevant services that work in this situation center, and today in 5-6 minutes we can be where there was an explosion, where there was an arrival. We have a fully developed system of coordination and interaction. Everything is equipped with radio stations so that we have clear communication with all services: ambulances, emergency services, the military, and our communal services
He noted that it is important to have a clear response algorithm, and they have it.

Terekhov said that now the weather is more or less warm, but it was cold and may be again, so the city has equipped a special bus that leaves so that people can stay there.
The bus always has hot drinks, electricity and communication, as it is equipped with mobile communication.
