The professional dancer, 36, flaunted her incredible figure in a sleek black underwear set from sustainable brand Step One.
Slipping into a SmoothFit padded bra and matching black bikini briefs, Nadiya put her toned physique and long legs on full display.
Exuding confidence, the Ukrainian beauty twirled and spun to the beat of upbeat music – throwing in a few high kicks to show off her flexibility and impressive footwork.
Adding height to her frame with a pair of black boots, she proved she’s more than ready for another glitzy season on the ballroom floor.
She shared the sizzling reel on Instagram, captioning the post: ‘Serving a little flash vibes moment in the studio (dancing emoji) with @stepone.life.
‘Dancing all day (and running after my little one!) means comfort has to keep up, and these sets do exactly that. Soft, breathable, supportive… basically my partner in crime on and off the floor.’
The post comes after Nadiya revealed she is avoiding dating apps following her split from Kai Widdrington.
The dancer split with the fellow Strictly professional in June 2024, and he recently went Instagram official with new girlfriend Chloe Wells.
Nadiya, who has been single since their split, attended a luxurious launch event at Saatchi Gallery in Chelsea, London, on Wednesday and gave an insight into her dating life.
Speaking at the launch of Neer, a new social networking app, she explained why she has moved away from online dating.
Nadiya said: ‘I think it’s better that people have conversations with each other rather than just being on your phones swiping left and right. I know we have busy lives, but it’s really important.’
The new app is designed to foster meaningful, in-person connections among young people.
Kai has since found love again with executive assistant Chloe, who hails from Essex, after meeting on a night out at a West London pub.
And proving just how besotted they are, the dancer took to social media last month to share a loved-up snap of the couple looking adoringly into each other’s eyes.
Grinning from ear-to-ear, Kai looked elated while stunning brunette Chloe, cutting a glam figure in a brown mini dress, looked equally as taken with the hunk.
Captioning his snap, Kai simply penned: ‘Happiness is underrated’, alongside a black heart emoji. He also tagged his new girlfriend in the post.
The post garnered plenty of sweet comments from Kai’s fans and Strictly pals, while Chloe herself also replied with a red love heart emoji.
According to The Sun, they have kept their romance private as Kai struggled with the publicity surrounding his past relationship with Nadiya, but are now set to make their debut red carpet appearance together.
And in a sign of how well things are progressing, the couple are reportedly planning to move in together soon.
A pal told the publication: ‘Chloe is a great girl and has absolutely no interest in the limelight; she just likes Kai for Kai. They have a real laugh together and although it’s early days, they’re planning on moving in together in the coming months.’
‘Kai found it very damaging to his mental health having his past relationship with Nadiya played out in public, and thankfully Chloe has no interest at all in being in the spotlight. She also isn’t a Strictly superfan, which makes things easier.
‘They’re super-content, and Kai attributes a lot of his looking so well to being in a happier place in life, thanks to her. They make a really cute couple.’
