But this does not mean that the appetizing dishes can be forgotten for Easter. Fasting in fasting can be no less delicious and satisfying than on normal days – salads, soups, pasta, porridge, pies and dumplings taste great without meat.

We called delicious songs that will definitely become your favorite. You will be surprised how fast and effortless they are preparing. And the result will exceed the expectations – all relatives will ask for additives.

A lean pilaf recipe with mushroomsIngredients:

  • long -grain rice – 180 g;
  • mushrooms – 6 pcs.;
  • garlic – 1 toothpick;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • sunflower oil – 1 table. l.;
  • bay leaf – 2 pcs.;
  • seasoning curry to taste;
  • Spices, herbs to taste.

Wash the rice several times under running water. Peel the vegetables. Rub the carrots on a grater, finely chop the onions, cut the mushrooms with plates, pass the garlic through the press. On a pan with heated oil, fry all together for 5-7 minutes, seasoning the mixture with a special curry.

Pour the rice into the pan and mix until it yellow or absorbs the spices. Add bay leaves and pour 400 ml of water. Cover and cook over low heat until all the liquid evaporates. Then turn off the heat, wrap the pan with a pilaf for 15 minutes in a towel and serve.

A lean salad with herring and potatoesIngredients:

  • salty herring fillet -150 g;
  • potatoes – 1 large or 2 medium;
  • Purple onion – 0,5 pcs.;
  • onion marinade (vinegar – 0.5 tablespoons, salt – 2 pinches, sugar – 0.5 teaspoons);
  • canned peas – 150 g;
  • sunflower oil – 3 tables. l.;
  • greens to taste;
  • Salt, pepper to taste.

Boil the potatoes until cooked (20-30 minutes), cool and cut into a cube. Cut the onions in half rings, pour boiling water for a minute (to remove bitterness) and leave in the marinade for 20 minutes. Peel the herring from the skin and bones, finely chop. Pour water from the peas. Grind the greens.

Mix all the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Season the salad with herring potatoes and peas with unrefined oil or lean mayonnaise.

  • canned beans – 400 g;
  • Manna cereals – 3 tables. l.;
  • garlic – 2 dental;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • dill – 10 g;
  • sunflower oil – 4 tables. l.;
  • Salt, pepper to taste.

Pass the beans through a meat grinder or grind with a blender. Add the semolina and leave the mixture for 10 minutes to swell. In the meantime, clean the vegetables. Rub carrots and garlic on a grater, grind the onion. Fry the vegetables until cooked (about 5 minutes) in a pan with a spoonful of oil.

Mix fried vegetables to beans. Season with salt and pepper, add chopped herbs. Form cutlets and fry in a hot pan with oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.

MushroomsIngredients:

  • ready puff pastry – 1 pack;
  • mushrooms – 250 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 1 dent;
  • sunflower oil – 2 tables. l.;
  • salt, pepper to taste

Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature. Peel the onion and finely chop. Put in a hot oil pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Wash and clean the mushrooms. Cut into plates and add to the onion. Cook all together for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the dough into squares and roll thinly. Put in the middle of the filling and put diagonally to get triangles. Sew the products around the edges. Pierce the pies with a fork in several places so that they do not burst. Put on a sprinkled flour. Before baking, grease the mushrooms and onions with sweetened water so that they are rosy. Cook for 20 minutes for 190 °.

Songs pancakes on carbonated waterIngredients:

  • flour – 330 g;
  • carbonated water – 800 ml;
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon. l.;
  • Sugar – 1 table. l.;
  • sunflower oil – 3 tables. l.;
  • Soda – a pinch.

Mix flour, salt, sugar, soda in a bowl. Pour half of the soda water at room temperature. Stir until smooth so that there are no lumps. Then gradually pour in the rest of the water and mix gradually. Leave the dough for 15 minutes so that it is lost and pour in the oil.

Fry the pancakes on the water in a well-heated pan for 2-3 minutes on each side. If the products stick, then grease the surface with oil.
