It will already be a third meeting in this format / photo – UNIANForeign Minister of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga revealed details of participation in an extended meeting of the Foreign Ministry of a number of countries in Paris, which should take place next week.According to the UNIAN correspondent, Sibiga said this at a joint press conference with the State Secretary of the UK Foreign Affairs David Lammi in Kiev.
“The meeting will take place in Paris. And this time, the French side is adopting. My colleague, Jean -novel Barro, French Minister of Foreign Affairs, indeed, I was invited to a meeting of foreign ministers of certain countries of the European Union,” he said Vyn.
The head of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine specified that this will be the third meeting in this format. The first took place in Warsaw and the second in Berlin.
“These meetings are extremely important. They are about helping Ukraine in achieving a fair, comprehensive and sustainable peace. They are about specific decisions on how to strengthen our stability and defense.
According to him, these meetings focus on all security aspects related to both security in the region, transatlantic security, and Ukraine’s security.
“Unfortunately as of today, I have no confirmation of conversation with Marco Rubio, with my American colleague. I am waiting for such confirmation and I hope that this conversation will be carried Paris, but if Mr. Rubio’s presence is present at the Munich Conference, I count on meeting him as part of his stay and participation in the Munich Conference, “Sibiga stressed.
