“Today I was adopted by Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev in Baku. We had an open and detailed conversation about key topics of Ukrainian-Azerbaijani bilateral relations and international agenda. We focused special attention on how to put an end to Russian aggression and establish a fair and prolonged peace, ”the message reads.
The Minister personally thanked President Aliyev for the support of Azerbaijan territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine, humanitarian and energy assistance in winter.
“We discussed the following steps in the development of the Ukrainian-Azerbaijani strategic partnership. The participation of Azerbaijan in this year’s conference on the restoration of Ukraine, planned for July 10-11 in Rome, will be important in this regard, ”Sibiga said.
