Oleg Gusev, assistant coach of Dynamo Oleksandr Shovkovskyi, talked about the new role of winger Andriy Yarmolenko, who now plays as a center forward.
“Dynamo is in a good mood before Shakhtar, because they beat Kryvbas, the leader at that time. However, taking into account the calendar, relocations and everything else, I would like a less strong opponent than Shakhtar in the Cup of Ukraine.”
“Yarmolenko is a center forward? I can say that Andriy will play in the attack today. His game satisfied the coaching staff, he played well and everything is fine. We’ll see later.”
“Did you record there? Yarmolenko does not need to be recorded. He is such an experienced football player that he goes out and does what is asked of him,” Gusev said.
The match between Dynamo and Shakhtar will start at 18:00.
