Details: According to him, “Ukrenergo” was forced to apply special schedules of emergency shutdowns in order to preserve the integrity of the energy system. The most difficult situation is in Kyiv, Kyiv Oblast and Dnipro Oblast.
Shmygal added that 165 crews worked during the day to return heat to Kyiv houses, and 83 took over the night shift.
He also called cases of physical aggression against repairmen unacceptable.
