Shevchenko headed the FIFA Future Football Committee

The President of the Ukrainian Football Association Andriy Shevchenko and the Chairman of the UAF Arbitrators Committee Kateryna Montzul became part of the FIFA Permanent Committees.

This was reported by the press service of the organization.

At its last meeting, the FIFA Council appointed heads, deputies and members of the FIFA permanent committees for four years (2025-2029).

UAF President Andriy Shevchenko was elected Chairman of the FIFA Future Football Committee, and the head of the UAF Referee Committee Kateryna Montzul – a member of the FIFA Women’s Football Party Committee.

The day before it was reported that the International Football Federation plans to ban national championship matches outside the respective country.
